Our Indiana Steps To Independence Class had so much fun creating beautiful marbled ornaments using polymer clay. We made them to pass out as favors for our Southern Indiana Soirée fundraiser. Many of the guests asked how we made them which sparked an idea for a new blog collection…introducing the DSL Craft Corner!
This project is a winner because it is simple, fun, a great way to work on some fine motor skills, the finished product can’t break (!!) and bonus, they are beautiful.
We made ornaments but if you have a big enough cookie cutter you can make them coasters, small ones can be magnets…the list is endless.
What You’ll Need
Polymer Clay- works best with at least 3 colors
Rollin pin
Parchment paper and baking sheet
Cookie cutters
Coffee stirrer (optional)
String (optional)
Preheat oven to 275 degrees F

Roll it up, then roll it out like Megan and Nick!

Add string and a tag, you’re done!
